Postage
We use Australia Post. Postage and handling are charged at a flat rate regardless of the size of your order. All orders are carefully packed. Orders are generally sent with in 1 -3 days. If for any reason there will be delay in processing your order, we will endeavor to contact you.
Payment
Payment is in Australian Dollars and includes GST. We accept Cheque, Money Order and Direct Debit, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Orders will be processed and posted once funds have been cleared. Cash payment will be accepted for orders personally collected or delivered.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, simply return the product to us and we will refund your money. No refunds will be offered for goods damaged in transit, you will need to make a claim with Australia Post.
