# $25.00 deposit and completion of booking sheet required upon the booking of all parties.
# The minimum number for booking is 8 children.
# Our craft parties involve a great deal of preparation work for this reason we ask you to Please confirm final numbers 2 days prior to the party date. This is the minimum number of children that you will pay for.
# Please advise us as soon as possible if you need to add additional children, so that we may ensure that there are enough craft supplies for everyone present.
# Balance of payment is due, prior to the commencement of the party.
# Please keep the number of adults during the activity time limited to 2-3 plus the parent of the birthday child.
# It is important that all parties start on time, as the Crafty Kids Birthday Party assistant is only available for the booked time. A late start may result in children not being able to complete their chosen activities with in the allocated time.
ACTIVITY AREA REQUIREMENTS:
# Please provide an area for the activities that is okay to get messy. We will be using paints, glues and other items that can get quite messy.
#Please provide enough table space for the number or children particpating in the activities. (Crafty Kids Birthday Parties do not provide tables). For a toddler party you will need to provide 4 tables.
# You may wish to cover tables with a plastic table cloth that is either washable or throw away.
# All children are required to wear aprons, which we will supply. In the event that a child refuses to wear and apron, Little packs Craft Supplies Crafty Kids Birthday Parties take no responsibility for any damage or staining that may result from the craft materials used in the activities.
# The Crafty Kids Birthday Party assistant will need access to water for filling water post and for cleaning of brushes and containers afterwards.
*** Whilst we understand that children do get sick at the last minute and it can be frustrating to still have to pay for them, please understand that our parties involve a great deal of prep work and time especially if we have personalised the craft for your party. Where you can advise us the day before we are often happy to negotiate. Please do ring and discuss the situation with us.***
